Two is company, three’s a crowd… you’re telling me! Our Zoom calls bandwidth could hardly handle the three of us lads (so apologies for the glitchy mics). Nonetheless we’re here with episode 28. Friend of the show Josh Brooker has us covered with an absolutely scathing review of Borderlands. Adam covers the Colleen Nolan novel turn…

In this episode, the boys review Kneecap – a Belfast-based musical biopic – and House of the Dragon Season 2. Why have so many of the recent TV series let us down though? How can streaming services overcome this rut they seem to be in? Bring back physical media – that’s what Movie On Up…

The production schedule had gone out the window and Adam and Alfie were nigh on melting in the sweltering studio. However, they powered through and chatted about the new Marvel announcements from San Diego Comic-Con (RDJr is cast as who??) before delving into Deadpool & Wolverine’s highs, lows and bits in between. There’s also a…

EPISODE 25 is finally here! After a week of editing mishaps, moving house, dodgy computers and a corrupted (and possibly haunted) Michael Caine audio file, episode 25 has finally arrived. Adam caught the sequel 28 years too late Twisters. Alfie stayed home and binged The Bear season 3… COUSIN! And the boys also get into…

After watching the finale of The Acolyte, Adam and Alfie gathered on Wednesday morning to express their thoughts and feelings towards the most divisive Star Wars project since The Last Jedi. Who has long legs? Gru. Who flew to the moon? Gru. Who stars in Despicable Me 4? Gru. It’s poetic, really. This week, the Movie On Up boys have a lot to talk about including cancelled flights, Ray Romano and that glorious Gladiator II trailer! Get comfy and enjoy your weekly pop culture fix. Follow…

Just like A Quiet Place, aliens abruptly swept in and disrupted this week’s recording of Movie On Up (aka Adam’s Dad turned up and was waiting for him in the lay-by). BUT up until that point the boys were on full form in the studio. Adam share’s his less than favourable opinion on Yorgos Lanthimos’…

With Adam sunburnt to a crisp in Spain and Alfie bedridden with a broken foot, the Movie On Up team is worse for wear. Nevertheless, undeterred from delivering top-notch film discussions, they use Zoom for this week’s catch-up. Please rate the show and share it with your friends! Find us on Instagram: @movieonuppod Find us on…

You’ll be sure to feel joy after listening to another episode of Movie On Up. This week, there’s reviews for Inside Out 2 and the Season 2 premiere of House of the Dragon. The boys also strapped themselves in for a Lord of the Rings (Extended Edition) Marathon… those lads are off the wall! Please…

“Aunt Lucy’s on an adventure my a**” Wild one this week… with a lack of films releasing, this week the boys talk about the new Netflix film Hit Man starring Glen Powell, the new Disney+ documentary: Jim Henson Idea Man, and Adam caught a rerelease of the 1999 classic The Matrix on the big screen.…
